How to invoice
Good news. No need to track down invoices one at a time. Getting paid has never been simpler with Pro and Pro+ plans with several easy ways to get paid:
Autopay - by far the simplest way to get paid is by inviting your customers to create a portal, adding a card on file, and setting up jobs with autopay. Upon completion of the job (aka when you hit Stop) the customer's card on file is automatically charged for the agreed-upon service and rate with an emailed receipt.

Add a Bill Pay Link - for customers without a portal account, you can easily add a pay my bill link to your website. To see your custom link, go to
https://portal.lawnager.com/Pro/Account/Payout scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see your custom URL. Copy the link and add a Bill Pay button to your website.
The link will take your customer to the Bill Pay lookup screen where they can confirm their identity and pay their bill.
Auto Invoice - no worries if you do not have a website or do not wish to add a link. Lawnager sends email notifications to all non-portal customers showing the job was complete with options to pay by credit card or where they should mail a check. These emails will be sent each week until the balance is paid in full.
Portal Invoice - for customers who do not wish to auto-pay but still want the advantages of a portal, they can pay their outstanding invoices directly from their portal dashboard.
