How do customer communications work?

Communications are made simple.

Lawnager Pro automates many of your customer communications from quotes to job notifications, receipts, and feedback.

Quotes

Once a Pro schedules a service for a portal customer, an email and SMS text message will automatically be sent to your customer notifying them that you have prepared a quote. 

Approval
Pro's customers can then review and approve your quote through their home dashboard.

Once approved, Pros will automatically see the upcoming service in your daily Jobs list.

Job Notifications

For those who opted into notifications, Lawnager will automatically send both an email and SMS message sharing that the job is scheduled for the next day. Pro's customers will also see their upcoming jobs through their home portal.

Receipts

Once complete, homeowners will receive an automated email receipt along with the ability to review the service from 1 to 5 empowering lawn care professionals with the ability to measure feedback to ensure they are meeting the customers expectations.
