What is the Message Center?
The Message Center is a centralized place to alert you to opportunities. When you see the message icon with a number this essentially gives you a to-do list. For example, when a customer requests a quote you will receive an email along with a message helping you to manage requests.
Upon logging into your Lawnager account you will see a message icon
After clicking the message you will see there is a new Service Request
After choosing the View Service Request it will immediately take you to the customer, see the pending service and allow you to prepare a quote.
