How to assign a job to a crew member (or team)
Implementing job assignments to specific crew teams provides many benefits, but perhaps the most significant advantage is the ability of crew members to view only their designated tasks upon logging in with their credentials. Assigning a crew is simple by following these quick steps:
1. Select the applicable customer from your customer list

2. Select the applicable service
For illustration, see the Fall Clean Up job below.
3. After selecting the service, you will see a Crew section towards the bottom
If you only have one crew or you yourself are managing the jobs onsite, no need to make an assignment - you will continue to see all jobs through the owner's view. To learn more about creating crews you can read the article "How do you manage a crew".
4. Once assigned, you will see the crew member's name on the service offering
5. When crew member logs in, they will only see their assigned jobs.
