How do you view pending invitations?
You can view pending invites for a Portal Customer who has yet to complete their profile by clicking on the
Pending Invitations
button under your
Customers
page.
Once here, you can resend or cancel an invitation as needed. While we make many efforts to avoid SPAM, if you customer is having any issues finding the invite, please remind them to check their SPAM or Junk folders.
