How do I add customers?

Step 1: Select Customers

Select Customers on the Dashboard. Alternatively, you may select the quick customer link at the bottom action bar through the app or through the top menu option.

Step 2: Add Customers

Select the Add Customers button

      

Step 3: Are you adding a Portal Customer? 

After choosing Send Portal Invite, we will send your customer an email sharing that you invited them to join the portal where they manage payments, request and approve quotes, and provide you with valuable feedback. The best part - with a card on file they are automatically charged upon the completion of each job and you will receive your cash deposits each week, automatically. For more information, see how I get paid fast. Alternatively, you can create a customer without portal features by keeping the checkbox blank. The customer will still appear in a single schedule view and you will be responsible for all forms of quotes, payment collections, and marketing services.  

Step 4: Add Customer

To finish, simply click Add Customer after entering the customer's contact information and address.

Note: if interested in a bulk upload of your entire customer list, simply email us a spreadsheet with the customer's name, email, phone number, and the property address and we will take care of the rest (support@lawnager.com).
