Customer Portal - Home Dashboard
The customer portal starts with a simple design showing your contact information along with a request new service button on their home dashboard. Customers with existing services can quickly see upcoming jobs as well as renew any services.
Request Services
Homeowners can easily request services offered by the assigned professionals. Service not offered will not show to the homeowner.
Approve Quotes
Once a quote is prepared, Homeowners approve the quote through their portal providing pricing transparency, alignment of expectations of the professional, and a legal agreement for the professional to stand behind if there are any future disputes.
See upcoming jobs
Once approved, the service will appear in the Homeowner's dashboard as an upcoming job.
